If we thought about ourselves on the scale and here's this
person eating junk food eating fast food every day you know food combining is
pretty far over here so at the point that you've gotten off the junk food
you're cooking at home you're not eating processed foods anymore then maybe you
want to start looking at something a little more technical which is this idea
of food combining and the reason that I'm reluctant to talk a lot about food
